On the occasion of Bal Diwas, under “C” of the TEACH module of RNLM, we organized various activities for the students of Shree Janta Bal Adharbhut Vidyalaya, Jehda. The activities included games for classes 1, 2, and 3, a handwriting competition for classes 4 and 5, and a spelling competition for classes 6, 7, and 8. All the winners were awarded prizes, and all the students were given fruits, juice, and biscuit packets. The total cost of the project was 9,000 NPR, benefiting 362 students of the school.

Organizing such games and competitions in rural schools promotes physical fitness, mental well-being, and social skills, while also enhancing teamwork, leadership, and confidence. These activities foster community engagement and help identify and nurture talents, which are essential for the personality development of the children.
