Under the area of focus “Disease Prevention and Treatment,” our club organized an annual health check-up camp for the children at the Cerebral Palsy Day Care Centre, which is our signature project. This camp was held in association with the Self Help Group for Cerebral Palsy (SGCP) from Kathmandu. A medical team from SGCP examined the children and interacted with their parents to provide valuable health insights and guidance.

The camp benefitted 13 children from the center. The initiative, supported by SGCP, Kathmandu, plays a crucial role in promoting the inclusion of children with cerebral palsy, early detection of potential health issues, and improving their emotional well-being and social interaction. Such check-ups contribute positively to the overall development and quality of life for these children.
